Orders
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, or once the order has entered processing, cancellation may no longer be possible. You may still return eligible items in line with our return policy.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still haven’t received confirmation within 24 hours, contact our support team so we can verify your order details.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within Australia.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Delivery typically takes 4–12 business days, including 1–2 business days for order processing. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding Australian public holidays.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within Australia only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We provide a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
How do I request a return?
To start a return, email us at support@marielane.com with your order number. Our team will guide you through the return approval process and provide instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
When will I receive my refund?
After your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds are generally processed within 7 days to your original payment method.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Google Pay.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are secured using industry-standard SSL encryption. Marie Lane does not store complete payment card details on our servers.
What currency are your prices displayed in?
All prices on our website are shown in AUD (Australian Dollars).
