How it works
- Your order is picked the next working day.
- When the parcel is scanned by the carrier, we email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.
- Open that link any time to see where your parcel is.
No tracking yet?
It can take up to 24 hours after ordering for the first status to appear, and a little longer over a weekend. If the confirmation is not in your inbox, check your spam folder before assuming it did not send.
Still stuck
Email support@marielane.com with your order number and we will look it up and tell you exactly where it is. We reply within 12 hours, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST, seven days a week.
