Shipping policy

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum spend and no handling fee added at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Orders are picked the next working day. Every order is tracked, and a tracking link is emailed as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination and the carrier; the tracking link is the live source of truth for your parcel.

You can follow an order any time on our Track Your Order page using the number from your shipping confirmation email. It can take up to 24 hours after ordering for the first tracking status to appear.

Duties and taxes

Any tax or import duty that applies to your destination is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, so there is nothing to settle on delivery.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address before confirming. If an order is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
