30 days to change your mind
You have 30 days from delivery to send something back. It needs to come back unworn, unwashed and with its tags on — and with the hygiene liner still attached on swimwear.
What it costs you
Return postage is yours, unless the item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong thing, in which case we cover it. Your original shipping was free, so there is nothing to deduct from the refund.
Faulty or wrong item
Email support@marielane.com with your order number and a photograph. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, return postage included, at no cost to you.
